A Week of Creativity and Connection ( Week 20th April 2026)
We’ve had such a "lovely" week filled with laughter and hands-on learning! The kitchen was smelling delicious as we spent time cooking flapjacks with Miss Gilliam, while Miss Flavia and MissCharlotte kept us enchanted with storytime and fun games.
Our little artists were busy at work sculpting animals from play dough and getting creative with plenty of painting.
Outside, the garden was the place to be! We made a splash with water activities—from baking messy mud cakes to giving the cars a thorough wash.
The sandpit remained a hive of activity all week long, providing hours of sensory fun.
To top it all off, we brought out the microphones for circle time!
It was heartwarming to watch the children practice their listening skills and take turns singing their favorite songs, all while receiving huge rounds of applause from their supportive friends.
Welcome to the Summer Term at Colours at St Paul’s Pre-school!
We are so excited to kick off the Summer Term!
It is a wonderful time of year to enjoy learning and creating, both inside the classroom and out in the fresh air.
In the Garden: Our outdoor space is bursting with activities designed to support every child’s unique "next steps" in their development.
Inside the Setting: We’ve been busy refreshing our indoor environment, tailoring our activities to reflect the specific needs and interests we’ve observed in our children.
Our Team: To ensure we provide the best possible care, our staff recently completed updated First Aid training. We are committed to ongoing professional development to keep your little ones safe and thriving.
We truly value the partnership we have with our parents—we are a team! We look forward to working closely with you all this term.
Stay tuned to this space for weekly updates and news!
